  岩棉夹芯板上下或里外面板为涂层钢板,经辊压冷弯成型后的压型钢板,芯层为不燃、硬质、憎水型岩棉板或矿棉板,面板与芯层之间用胶粘结,芯层纤维方向同面板垂直。

  岩棉夹芯板的色彩由面板外露涂层颜色决定。上下(或里外)面板的厚度为014~018mm,通常面向室外的面板稍厚,面向室内的面板稍薄。芯层厚度视建筑保温隔热要求分别为30~120mm。 板长视具体工程要求确定,但要考虑制作、运输、安装的方便,通常屋面板板长同檩条间距相匹配,一般长l[616m(当檩条间距为3m时,板长跨越两个檩距)。墙面板板长同柱距、层高相配合,夹芯板横向布置时,一般板长l[610m(同6m柱距匹配),夹芯板竖向布置时,板长需同檐口高度和墙梁间距相配合。
