彩石金属瓦的结构

镀铝锌钢板是由55%铝，43.4%锌和1.6%硅组成的电镀液经电镀而成的，其加工性、涂装性与镀锌钢板基本相同。

镀铝锌上面为耐指纹涂层，耐指纹涂层起到保护镀铝锌层的作用，同时耐指纹涂层能使镀铝锌钢板与彩色砂粒进行更好粘结，耐指纹涂层的颜色分为无色透明和淡绿色。

彩石金属瓦施工工艺及流程

施工前准备→ 基面处理→ 节点（出屋面管道、泛水、天沟等）部位加强防水层处理→ 防水垫层铺设→ 顺水条铺设→ （或设计要求需要做保温材料铺设的）→ 挂瓦条铺设→ 圣戈邦彩石金属瓦铺设→ 整体、组织验收→ 收尾、结束工程。

1） 安全措施

1.1 在施工过程中，必须遵守“先防护、后施工”的规定，保利温泉金属瓦，施工人员必须佩戴安全帽、穿工作服、软底鞋，严禁在没有任何设防的情况下的作业。

1.2 施工现场一切用电设施须安装漏电保护装置，施工用电动工具须正确按操作标准使用。

1.3 圣戈邦彩石金属瓦施工时的安全技术、劳动保护等应按国家有关规定执行。

1.4 圣戈邦彩石金属瓦施工时除应按本手册执行外，仿古金属瓦图片，凡本手册未涉及部分均应符合《屋面工程技术规范》、《屋面工程质量验收规范》及《坡屋面工程技术规范》的有关规定。
