不能过分依赖在线测试仪
1.功能测试不能代替参数测试
2. 功能测试仅能测试到器件的截止区,放大区和饱和区,但无法了解此时的工作频率的高低和速度的快慢。
3. 对数字芯片而言,仅知道有高低电平的输出变化,但无法查出它的上升和下降沿的变化速度。
4. 对于模拟芯片,它处理的是模拟的变化量。其受电路的元器件的分布,解决信号方案的不同的影响,是错综复杂的。就目前的在线测试技术,要解决模拟芯片在线测试是不可能的。所以,这项功能测试的结果,仅能供参考。
5. 大多数的在线测试议,在对于电路板上的各类芯片进行功能测试后,均会给出“测试通过”或“测试不通过”。那么它为什么不给出被测器件是否有问题呢?这就是这类测试仪的缺撼。因为在线测试时,所受影响(干扰)的因素太多。要求在测试前采取不少的措施(如断开晶振,去掉CPU和带程序的芯片,加隔离中断信号等等),这样做是否均有效,值得研究。至少,目前的测试结果有时不尽人意。
6. 了解在线测试仪的读者,均知道有这么一句行话。“在线测试时不通过的芯片不一定是损坏的;测试通过的芯片一定是没有损坏的。”它的解释为,如器件受在线影响或抗干扰时,结果可能不通过,对此不难理解。那么,是否损坏的芯片在进行测试时,均会得出“不通过”呢?回答确实不能肯定。笔者与同行均遇到过,明明芯片已损坏了(确切地说换上这个芯片板子就不工作了),但测试结果是通过的。权威解释为这是测试仪自身工作原理(后驱动技术)所致。故此我们不能过分依赖在线测试仪(尽管各厂家宣传的很玄)的作用,否则将使维修电路板的工作误入歧途。
