首先,我们来明确一点,对于厂家来讲,经销商存在的意义两个字就能概括-----“成本”,不是厂家不会做市场,而是放给经销商来做,成本更低而已,成本更低是缘由经销商的人财物资源和社会资源,比厂家做直营有这更低的市场投入成本,效率更高,风险更少,时间更短。对于下游客户来讲,经销商存在的价值主要是服务和公司品牌,可以获得及时的需求响应和市场服务,良好的经销商公司品牌还可能确保合作中的安全性。
