第二、对产品的影响
一是知识经济使产品的外延与内涵发生巨大的变化。从产品的外延看,知识经济时代不但农产品、工业品成为商品,知识、服务、信息及技术都成为商品,即与知识相关的无形产品成为客户主要的消费对象。从产品的内涵看,由于知识成为知识经济的核心要素,要求产品中的知识含量提高了。因而,衡量产品价值的标准产生了变化,即由传统的以物质为基础转为以知识含量为基础进行衡量。二是以信息技术为核心的知识经济,囿于住处技术进展日新月异,使产品的设计、开发和使用周期日益缩短,因而,要求厂家快速开发新产品,并迅速将新产品投入市场,三个字话:快、很、准。
