5CrW2Si合金工具钢耐冲击工具用钢，成分、性能和4CrW2Si相近。5CrW2Si在铬硅钢的基础上加入2.00%~2.50%（质量分数）的钨而成的，由于加入了钨而有助于在淬火时保持比较细的晶粒，这就有可能在回火状态下获得较高的韧性，并提高回火稳定性。该钢还有一定的淬透性和高温力学性能。
5CrW2Si用途
